£15 Per Person - 1.5 Hour class

Join us for a unique blend of art and relaxation at the new, exciting Life Drawing experience set within the heart of Clifton at The Whitmore Tap on Whiteladies Road.

Each class features a super talented and eye catching model showcasing a variety of short and long form poses and offering you the perfect opportunity to capture every angle of the human form .

Our friendly team of local artists, with many years of teaching will guide you through basic or advanced techniques, if required or you may like to take an untutored approach. The choice is yours.

We start with a combination of fun exercises ensuring everyone feels at ease and then move on to some longer poses. This isn’t just a drawing class; but a fun, social and interactive experience. Whether you come alone or in a group, have a drink , have a laugh and make new friends whilst exploring your creative side.

Whether you're a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, this class promises inspiration and enjoyment in every sip.

Food and drinks available to order from the bar.

Materials , charcoal , paper and pencil provided, or you may wish to bring your own.

I went to a Sip and Paint event at The Seagate hotel, Appledore, North Devon. It’s a lovely way to spend an evening, either solo or with friends. All materials are provided and no prior painting experience is required. The experienced teacher led the group through the basics of painting of a seascape and then encouraged everyone to develop their own work, giving individual guidance and tips. The results at the end of the evening surprised us all and we were given a bag to take home our canvas. It’s very well organised and good value for money. It’s also a good way of supporting local pubs as the Sipping part you pay for separately!
